From KPop Demon Hunters

In this tutorial, we will be painting a certain loveable blue tiger using acrylic paint. This is an event under the Teen Services Department, recommended for those 10 and up. Registration is required to ensure sufficient supplies for everyone. Be sure to wear clothing you don't mind getting messy.
