Community RoomA safe, stigma-free gathering space for those experiencing memory loss and their caregivers
The Neuroscience Society at Seton Hall University and Maplewood Library are coming together to offer three Memory Cafe events for the rest of the year!
The Memory Cafe is a safe and welcoming space for individuals experiencing memory loss, cognitive decline, and symptoms of dementia as well as their caregivers.
We will foster a stigma-free space where participants can interact and connect with community members over an engaging lunch, arts and crafts, live music, and other activities beneficial for relaxation, stress reduction, and cognitive improvement.
All Memory Cafes are free of charge with the purpose of encouraging wellness, community gathering, and enjoyment. Registration encouraged, but not required.
