Author featured in This is How We Roll anthology about Dungeons & Dragons

2025 was a big year for Jamaican-American author DeAndra Davis: her work appears in This Is How We Roll: A Queer Anthology, and her novel All the Noise at Once debuted as well. This Is How We Roll explores how identities and interpersonal bonds can be formed through tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs). All The Noise at Once features a Black autistic aspiring football player whose relationship with his beloved older brother is tested by a scandal that shakes their community to its core. It is also on the Maplewood Library's Neurodiversity-Affirming and Best Young Adult Books of 2025 book lists.

Join us in this Q&A with the author, who will be joining us virtually. Registration is appreciated but not required. This event is a companion to the Dungeons & Dragons events on Saturday, January 24 and Saturday, January 31.
